Urgent situation? Sewage backup, system failure, or alarm active? Call immediately — we respond same-day whenever possible.

Questions before you reach out.

Is there any cost or obligation to get an estimate?

None whatsoever. Site visits for installation and replacement estimates are completely free. The estimate itself is free. There is no obligation to hire us after receiving a quote, and we don’t use high-pressure tactics.

I'm not sure what service I need — should I still reach out?

Absolutely. “Not sure what I need” is one of the most common reasons people contact us. Tell us what you’re observing — slow drains, odors, wet spots, a system alarm, or just an aging system — and we’ll help you figure out what the right next step is. You don’t need to have already diagnosed the problem.

Do you serve my area? I'm in a rural part of the county.

If your address is in Clatsop County, we serve you — at the same rate as everywhere else. No mileage fees, no rural surcharges, no travel markup. Every incorporated city and all unincorporated areas in the county.
